Administrative issues or some vaccinations can be charged. Some examinations "on the request of the patient" without medical reasons could be also charged and if you are interested in our premium health care programs, payment will be required as well. - by online calendar after log in (use the email you entered in the office) in the upper right corner of the screen.
- by e-mail - info@prahamed.cz - please write us the reason for the consultation or the range of your problems, we can better estimate the time for your visit. We will contact you with an offer of a date.
- by phone - call during office hours. Don't call repeatedly please, we will call you back during office hours.
Yes, if you have an urgent problem, then it is possible, but due to the established ordering system, you may have to wait for an examination for varying lengths of time. In your own interest, and out of respect for other patients, always try to make an appointment with the doctor's office in advance.
For epidemiological reasons, we try to ensure that healthy patients do not get in contact with patients who can have infectious diseases. We will determine a time when this is not a threat. If you have symptoms of a respiratory illness, please always wear a face mask when entering the waiting room and office. In case of a serious threat to health, do not wait for an examination, call emergency medical help: phone number 155.
Make sure you call during office hours. We operate the phones only during office hours. It is also possible that we attend to patients in the doctor's office. We record your call and will call back during office hours. Please do not call repeatedly, it disrupts our work. You can also submit your request after login to your account.

The doctor decides on the need for temporary incapacity for work. He can do so on the basis of an examination in the doctor's office or even on the basis of a telephone consultation of problems. Sick leave is sent online to the system but you have to inform your employer that you are sick and will not be able to work.
Just complete the request after login to your profile. Please write the day on which you want to end the sick leave (last day of a rest). We can also close your sick leave during your personal visit to the doctor's office or after a phone consultation.
Use the online service after login. There you can request for a prescription.
Without consultation we only prescribe medicines listed in your medical records. In other cases contact our office.
We can also issue an electronic prescription during your personal visit to the surgery.
Submit a request for a report from medical documentation for the employer through your profile after login.
The period for preparation is 10 days from the date of submission of the application. We will contact you as soon as the report is ready. The payment will be asked.
Bring the official application signed from your employer with you. If you are not registered with us as a patient, you will also need a report from the medical documentation from your registered general practitioner. If you are a foreigner and it is not possible to obtain a report, you will fill out a form and a questionnaire about your state of health at the doctor's office. It is necessary to bring a sample of morning urine for examination.
We currently only accept cash. QR code payments are possible in the doctor's office as well.
Find out about the payment amount and prepare the money in advance. You will be issued a receipt.
The preventative comprehensive check up is covered from the health insurance every 2 years. Examination content varies by age. It is a comprehensive examination with an update of your medical history, general examination,
which includes cardiovascular prevention including heart ECG and oncological prevention according to age. The vaccination will be checked and eventually renewed.
